How Do I Make a Booking?

Bookings can be made by completing the Booking Form as shown on the right of this page, by phoning Amy or Steve on 0428 581 366 or emailing amy@ourexmouthhouse.com.au

If the property is available, an email will be sent to you detailing how to make payment along with Terms and Conditions. The booking will be confirmed through payment (50% of tariff due + bond) or full payment.  Once payment has been made we will assume that you have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions.

What are my payment options?

Payment can be made by bank deposit into Our Exmouth House business account.  Credit card facilities are not available at this stage. 

Is there a Bond?

As part of the Special Conditions of your booking, you are required to pay a $500 bond.   This is without prejudice to the Owners’ of the property’s right to take legal action for any damage in excess of $500.

The bond will be returned within 14 days of the guest vacating providing there is no damage, loss or excess cleaning.

What are the Arrival/Departure Times?

Check-in time is 2pm

Departure time is 10am

Arrangements can be made to accommodate individual needs and this can be discussed at the time of making your booking.

What do I need to bring?

All bed linen and bath towels are provided.  Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.  Bath towels are not to leave the premises.  Our Exmouth House is not services and as such you will need to bring your own toiletries etc.

Are Pets Allowed?

Pets may be considered at the discretion of the owner. Under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written consent from the owner.

Pets are not permitted inside the house.  A pet bond will be required and must be paid prior to your stay.

What is the Minimum Stay?

There is a minimum of 3 nights stay all year excepting:

Easter – minimum 7 nights

GAMEX – minimum 7 nights

Christmas / New Year period – minimum 7 nights

School Holidays – minimum 7 nights

Cancellations??

Once a booking has been confirmed through payment of a deposit, the deposit non refundable under any circumstances. Guests must cancel in writing 4 weeks prior to their stay if they wish to be released from liability of full payment.  Once full payment has been made the property will be reserved for the guest whether they stay or not.

 What are the Rates?

Current rates will be published online.  Prices are non-negotiable.  Special rates may apply at certain times but these will be advertised.

 How do I Access the Property?

A key box is located on the premises.   The code to the key box is changed regularly.  1 week prior to your stay you will be emailed the current key safe code as well as a mud-map to locate Our Exmouth House.

 Is Cleaning Included?

Professional cleaning is included in the price and will be undertaken the day you vacate.  It is your responsibility to leave the house in the condition you found it with dishes washed and put away, tables and benches wiped down, BBQ clean, sand swept up from floors and the house is left in a general neat condition.  Additional charges will apply if extra cleaning is required.

 Rubbish day is Thursday each week so please put the bin on the verge on Wed night as the truck comes early.

 Fish offal is to be disposed of at the fish cleaning stations at the Marina, Bundegi and Tantabiddi.

 What Happens if I lose my Key?

Replacement keys are charged at $100 key.  Security is very important and the property should be left locked when you are not on the premises.

Noise restrictions

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.  Our Exmouth House is in a residential area and as such we must abide by local noise restriction guidelines.
