Steve is constantly on a mission to improve Our Exmouth House. He is a man who just can’t sit still and even when he’s got nothing to do – he has something to do! His current project is building a granny flat on the property. This will be also fully self contained and will have it’s own bathroom and laundry facilities. We are hoping to have this complete by the end of 2010 and it will be available for rent (along with the house) from then.
The gardens are a work in progress and our last trip to Exmouth had us commencing work on landscaping the half of the block where the granny flat is going to be built.
Other ideas we’ve had include an outdoor shower and installing Foxtel. What do you think? After a long (fun-filled) day out on the Ningaloo Reef or hiking through Cape Range National Park – can you see yourself chilling out in comfort, bevvy in hand, watching your favourite AFL team play live in airconditioned comfort?
